Navigating challenges in classroom | GPTK725

Description

As TAs, you play an important role in creating a positive learning environment for students. But conflict and tension may arise in the classroom, and it can be challenging to know how to handle them. This interactive online workshop will provide tools to navigate these situations with confidence and professionalism.

Participants will work together to understand and resolve various scenarios through open discussion. Drawing on your own experiences as well as classroom management strategies, participants will practice different skills and techniques, such as facilitating discussions and managing disagreements.
