Charline Florestal is a senior HR and organizational leader with over 15 years of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, and HR business partnering. She has held leadership and strategic HR roles with organizations including Accenture, Amdocs and CBRE, supporting leaders and teams through growth, transformation, and organizational change.

Charline is passionate about building strong workplace cultures, developing leaders, and creating organizations where people can do their best work. She currently serves as Executive Director of DESTA Black Community Network, where she brings her HR and organizational leadership experience to advancing the organization’s mission and strengthening its impact in the community.

Pamela Kokoroyannis is a technology and operations professional with nearly a decade of experience in the video game industry, working across release management, project management and product marketing at companies including Ubisoft, Ludia and Big Fish Games. More recently, her own experience navigating the job market led her to start building Athena, an AI- powered career platform focused on helping job seekers better understand how their experience aligns with opportunities and navigate an increasingly AI-driven hiring landscape.
