Learning Objectives

  • Gain insight into the evaluation criteria used by CGS-M, enhancing your understanding of what constitutes a successful research proposal. 
  • Develop skills in providing constructive feedback on grant proposals, honing your ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in writing and offer meaningful suggestions for improvement. 
  • Strengthen your grant writing abilities through collaborative peer review exercises, leveraging diverse perspectives and expertise to refine and enhance your own research funding applications. 

Leaders Information

This workshop is led by Cecilia Kramar, Fellowship Advisor for the School of Graduate Studies. Cecilia holds a Ph.D. in neuroscience, has successfully mentored numerous graduate students with their funding applications, and has extensive knowledge of international and local funding programs.
