Intro to Linux with Raspberry Pi: Cat Selfie Machine | GRTR268

Description

A quick and simple introduction to the Linux operating system. During the session we will practice Linux commands by building a setup for capturing photos on Raspberry Pi computers (provided). This workshop is for beginners with little to no experience working with this free and open-source OS.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

Get an overview of different Linux distros (versions).
Install a Linux system on their existing system (using a VM).
Understand the basics of working with the Linux operating system (file structure, command line).
