How should you respond when offered a position? This clinic will teach you the various elements of a job offer, how to evaluate them, and most importantly, how to negotiate them.

Learning Objectives

At this workshop, students will learn:
 
  • Four major principles of negotiation, and why they matter

  • The various features of compensation an organization offers, and how/when to negotiate each

  • Tips and strategies to use at the various stages of negotiations
