Description

The use of AI is becoming increasingly common in our everyday lives so why not use it to facilitate your job search?  In addition to utilizing AI, learn about reactive and proactive job search strategies and the importance of professional associations in helping you secure employment. You'll also learn how to build and leverage your network to discover job opportunities that align with your values, interests and skills.

Learning Objectives

In this workshop, participants will:
  • Understand the importance of starting any job search with a career plan in mind.

  • Discover strategies on various job search methods; including leveraging industry/professional associations, job boards, employment agencies, attending career events, etc. 

  • Get expert tips on effective tools of the trade; such as an Elevator Pitch, Business Cards and Informational Interviews.
