Practical tools to manage speaking anxiety | GPSC429

Description

Speaking in front of others can be intimidating. But it doesn't have to be! This experiential workshop is designed to help you understand and manage the fear that often accompanies public speaking. This session offers a safe and supportive space to explore the source of your nervousness while introducing simple, effective tools to help you feel more grounded, confident and in control. You’ll learn how to prepare with purpose, regulate your nerves in the moment and begin speaking with greater calm, whether in front of a crowd or around a table.
