Design your career journey | GPCB718

Description

Designing a meaningful career starts with understanding your goals and how your academic or research path connects to them. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to identify career directions that interest you and translate them into clear, realistic goals. We’ll walk through how to break long-term ambitions into manageable milestones, track your progress, and align your research activities, skill development, and professional opportunities with where you want to go next.

You’ll leave with a personalized framework for shaping and refining your goals, along with practical tools for logging achievements and turning them into a compelling narrative CV.

Whether you’re exploring possible career paths, looking to stay organized, or wanting to highlight your accomplishments more effectively, this session will help you create a career roadmap that works for you.
