GPWL979 - Managing anxiety


In this interactive workshop, we will review how to recognize symptoms of anxiety and identify how anxiety can influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Coping strategies will be discussed, including mindful self-compassion, grounding and relaxation exercises, and problem solving. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and share their experiences throughout the presentation.

Participants will learn about how to identify symptoms of anxiety and strategies to cope with these feelings.
